Do we need to replace our existing software?

Almost never. We build around the tools you already use — your CRM, your practice software, your inbox — and fill the gaps between them. If something genuinely needs replacing, we'll say so and explain why before any money changes hands.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because honest prices depend on your systems and scope, and a number on a website would either overcharge you or underscope the work. Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed before we start — the audit is a small fixed cost, and each build is priced so the return is obvious.

Who actually does the work?

Marko — an AI automation and custom software expert. The person you meet on the first call is the person building your systems. No offshore handoffs, no account managers in between.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays in accounts you control, hosted in Australia wherever possible, and is never used to train public AI models. We design around the Australian Privacy Principles and document the data flow so you can verify it yourself.

What if the system doesn't work for us?

Every build includes a measured trial against your baseline and 30 days of post-launch tuning. If a system isn't earning its keep, we fix it or we tell you to stop paying for it — a system you quietly stop using is worse for us than an honest miss.

For drafting the odd email — absolutely, and we'll show you how. The gap is in connected, reliable systems: anything touching client data, money or compliance needs engineering judgement about what to automate, what to guard, and what should stay human. That judgement is the product.

A limited number per quarter — every system is built personally, and we'd rather do fewer properly. That's also why founding clients get preferential terms while our public track record grows.
